Caroline Sherrard
Patent Assistant

Caroline graduated in 2005 with a physics degree from University College London.  She spent a year in research in the field of Alzheimer’s Disease and NMR imaging techniques, and also spent some time in an intellectual property office in Toulouse, France, before joining A.A. Thornton & Co. in November 2006.  Caroline is training as a patent attorney in the mechanical engineering department, and since joining the firm has gained the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London.
