Victoria graduated from the University of Oxford in 2002 with a Masters degree in Biochemistry. In 2004, she gained an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary, University of London. She has also gained practical experience within an academic research environment, having worked in laboratories carrying out molecular genetic and developmental biology research. Victoria joined the chemical department of the London office of A.A. Thornton & Co. in 2005 and qualified as a European Patent Attorney in 2008. Her case load includes assignments in the chemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields, as well as some mechanical work.
