Initial requirements

To secure a design application filing date on your behalf, we will require the following information and documentation:

• Copy of design representations and indication of product
• Name and full address of applicants, including nationality, and (if applicable) State of Incorporation
• Details of any priority claim, including filing country and filing date

Post-filing requirements

The following material may be submitted after filing:

• Certified copy of the Priority Document, including a verified translation of any parts that are not in English

Note: Forms signed by the applicant(s) are not normally required.
