Post-filing requirements
The following material may be submitted after filing:
- Name and address of each inventor, including details of how rights are transferred to the applicants(s) by the inventor(s). For example, this may be 'by assignment dated…' or 'by virtue of a contract of employment'
- A certified copy of the Priority Document
- Formal Drawings to replace any informal drawings initially filed
Note: For a UK, European or international application, we do not normally require forms to be signed, either by the applicant(s) or by the inventor(s).
