We are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Records Administrator to join our professional, friendly and supportive Records team, on a temporary, six-month basis, to provide additional resource within the team whilst a number of key internal projects are implemented.
We welcome candidates who have experience of working as a Trade Mark Records Administrator, are highly organised, client focussed, and take pride in providing a high quality service. An excellent attention to detail is essential as well as a pro-active approach to work. The experience and key qualities we are seeking include:
- the CITMA paralegal qualification would be advantageous with at least 3 years of IP records/formalities experience (trade mark experience and ideally some experience of patents and designs)
- excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- an ability and willingness to provide excellent client service at all times and to work collaboratively as part of the Records team
- computer literate (Word, Outlook and Excel) and have experience of using Records Systems (Inprotech is ideal but training will be provided) and Document Management Systems (iManage is preferable but training will be provided).
