  • Handles negotiations for amicable settlements of IP disputes
  • Manages recordals of a portfolio of IP rights with Customs authorities
  • Deals with Customs seizures and other anti-counterfeiting measures by enforcement authorities globally
  • Handles maintenance of global IP portfolios and advises on filing strategies
