On Tuesday 17th July, AA Thornton took part in the Standard Chartered Great City Race for the 8th year running.
This is a 5km race around the closed off streets of the City of London. There are around 6000 participants and the race helps to raise money for the charity “Seeing is believing“, a global initiative to help eradicate avoidable blindness.
This year our two fastest men and two fastest women helped us to finish 45th out of 177 other legal teams (our best ever result!) and Phoebe smashed the AAT women’s all-time record with a run of 23 minutes 18 seconds.
